The Albanian customary law is still practiced in many families ...

Kanun .... is this word really be brought up only in conjunction with blood vengeance, but also welcome, hospitality law, estate planning, funeral rites, wedding traditions gehören dazu.
Es gibt mehrere Kanun, denn jeder albanische Großclan hat natürlich seine eigenen Gesetze gehabt.
Am bekanntesten ist jedoch der Kanuni Lekë Dukagjini, hiervon gibt es auch eine Übersetzung auf Deutsch.
