When I come home after work, I still like to put myself in the kitchen and cook something, because it is a kind of relaxation to vom Tag abzuschalten. Aber es ist eine besondere Freude, wenn ich nach Hause komme und das Essen schon fertig ist.

Das schöne bei diesem Salat ist die Zusammenstellung der Zutaten. Es wäre mir nicht in den Sinn gekommen, gedämpfte Möhren mit Mozzarella und Avocado zu mischen. Dieser Nudelsalat ist improvisiert und gerade das macht den Geschmack aus. Auch wenn ich zu den anderen Zutaten nicht viel sagen kann, dient er doch vielleicht als Inspiration.

Mit Sicherheit kann ich aber sagen, das der Salat mit viel Liebe gemacht wurde. Daankee dafür!!
